I can only rationalize this through the following argument:
This is difficult to comprehend in a logical and scientific manner, therefore it can only be said This is the work of God as he works in mysterious unexplainable ways and this notion cannot be disproved. Until that time comes I retract my statement and I’ll make more asinine allegations to convince people of the fallacy that is, god.
The driver would make a great stunts man. In any case how did he/she do that?

Nice rims. This must be like the Chris Angel trick except instead of going down the car ramp, the driver went up one.
The driver was probably sitting so far back in the seat that the roof reduction didn’t affect them.
Here is my explanation - Looks like the car came from the outside where the road was slightly above the parking level. He rammed into the car over turning it and got stuck. In the process, the car turn 90 degrees to the position it is now. This is the most rational explanation I can think of.

I would say the driver and those nasty rims offended the Flying Spaghetti Monster, and this is a result of his wrath. Ramen, brother!
